Based on Historical Sources from Europe 14th century the helmet is made for modern armour combat sports like Buhurt/IMCF/ACL/ACW etc.

NOTE - for HMB/IMCF we suggest minimum 2.5 mm Thickness of stainless steel and 3 mm for Mild steel for HMB/IMCF tanks Heavier is the Better so use at least 3 mm Mild steel Helmet and minimum 2.5 mm in stainless steel.

For Medieval Reenactments and 1 vs 1 Fights 2 mm and 2.5 mm is suggested Thickness.
